Terms for renting at Tampere
- Holiday Club Resorts Oy is entitled to rent out the timeshare in my ownership, which I have not banked to any timeshare exchange company, exchanged or releasedfor rental brokerage elsewhere. Holiday Club Points members may not release a timeshare week for rent unless they have reserved the week in question for their own use. The owner shall cover any costs caused to Holiday Club Resorts Oy by any possible overlap-ping measures. The release for rent is only possible for owners listed in the shareholder register, or their appointed official representatives. The brokerage assignment shall always state the information of the official owner listed in the shareholder register
- Holiday Club Resorts Oy pays a guaranteed rent for the week or weekend released for rent. The date on which the assignment arrived at Holiday Club Resorts Oy is considered as the date of release for rent. The guaranteed rent is calculated from the date of release for rent. Assignments cannot be made by telephone. You can find information on the guaranteed rent in the table on the back of the form. PLEASE NOTE! Shareholders receive the best rental income when they leave the housing unit for rent at least 16 weeks before the beginning of the timeshare week.
- Holiday Club Resorts Oy is entitled to reject a rental brokerage assignment irrespective of the time of its submission. If an assign-ment is not accepted, notification of this will be provided within five (5) days of its arrival.
- A guaranteed rent is paid for all assignments given more than a week in advance even if Holiday Club Resorts Oy is unable to rent out the said week or weekend.
- The guaranteed rent is paid to the timeshare owner within four weeks of the end of the timeshare week.
- If the timeshare owner only releases a weekend for rent, the unit will be available to the timeshare holder after 12 noon on the following Monday.
- If the timeshare owner wishes to cancel the assignment, he/she shall notify Holiday Club Resorts Oy of the matter in writing no later than four (4) days before the start of the week. The timeshare week will then be available to the timeshare owner if the unit has not already been rented out.

- Holiday Club Resorts Oy will acknowledge the receipt of an assignment within two (2) weeks of the release for rent by text message or e-mail.
- The timeshare owner is responsible for the real estate com-pany’s maintenance charges.
- Holiday Club Resorts Oy is responsible for any damage caused to the housing unit by the tenant.
- Any comments and complaints should be submitted to the above address within two (2) months of the timeshare week.
- Holiday Club Resorts Oy is entitled to transfer the rental bro-kerage assignment, along with all its rights, to a third party. The third party will be bound by all terms of the applicable agreement.
- The assignment shall be delivered to Holiday Club Resorts Oy in writing no later than four (4) weekdays before the beginning of the timeshare week.
- If a timeshare is owned by more than one party, the party releasing it for rent declares that he/she has the consent of the other owners to submit this rental brokerage assignment.
- Holiday Club Resorts Oy is entitled to change the rental brokerage terms on an annual basis. If a timeshare owner leaves a timeshare week for rent during the previous year using the rental assignment form of that year, the terms may differ from those specified on the form.
