Once you have confirmed your reservation, we will send you a preliminary invoice for the venue rental. After you have paid the advance payment, your reservation binds us to keep the pavilion reserved for you. If you cancel your event after this, the advance payment will not be refunded, and it will remain as a cancellation fee for the restaurant.
We will invoice you in advance for 50% of the estimated total invoice amount one month before your event. The remaining balance will be paid after your event on-site in cash or by card.
Our head chef will design proposals for menu packages for you. The final menu will be customized according to your wishes.

The venue has a license to serve alcohol, so bringing your own alcoholic beverages is not allowed. Drinks can be ordered in advance or purchased at the bar during the event. Example drink prices:

Accommodating during events happens effortlessly in the hotel rooms, holiday apartments, or suites at Holiday Club Saimaan Rauha.
Depending on the number of guests, we can create a unique reservation code for your guests, allowing them to easily book their accommodation through our online store.

Pricing
The venue rental of 700 € includes the preparation of the space, table settings, dishes, napkins, tablecloths, serving dishes, staff (until 24:00), and cleaning.
If you wish to celebrate longer, it is possible until 3:30 AM. The additional time fee depends on the number of wedding guests. Extra hours are charged at 65 €/employee/hour.
Decorations
Tablecloths and fabric napkins are provided for the tables in the hall. Tealight candles are available for the tables. The space can also be decorated by the renter at a pre-agreed time (no earlier than the day before, around 16:00 depending on availability). Flower arrangements with vases are the responsibility of the renter.
Music
The renter arranges their own band/DJ. We can also assist in the procurement. The renter is responsible for paying the band/DJ's performance fee, food, any technical costs, backstage catering, and accommodations. Background music can be provided free of charge. Teosto fees are included in the venue rental.
The price includes one joint planning meeting, where all arrangements related to the event will be discussed. We ask that you agree on a time in advance.
The pavilion is a completely separate building. However, it is located very close to the resort and its services, next to the Castle wing.
Holiday Club Saimaan Rauha has plenty of free parking space. There is also a dedicated parking area in front of the pavilion, which facilitates the transportation of decorations and other important items. Additionally, there are electric car charging stations near the resort's main entrance.
