If you have booked a hotel room:

The reservation is payable at the destination and can be canceled without charge until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. Prepaid reservations cannot be canceled or transferred.

If you have rented a holiday apartment:

The reservation can be canceled without charge up to 14 days before the start of the reservation. Cancellations should be sent in writing to asiakaspalvelu@holidayclub.fi

Holiday Club Vierumäki has 14 accessible hotel rooms that can be connected to a Standard Twin room. The bathrooms are equipped with grab bars (shower and toilet) and an emergency button.

There are two designated parking spaces for the disabled in the hotel's P1 area, as well as between buildings A and B at the holiday apartments.

From the hotel lobby, you can access the restaurants located on the same floor, and there is elevator access to the nightclub located downstairs. There is an accessible restroom in the lobby.

Yes, there is! Please inform us of your allergy when making your reservation. The rooms have laminate flooring. Allergy-friendly duvets and pillows are available. Guests traveling with pets will always be accommodated in different rooms than guests with allergies.

Of course! Pets are welcome, please inform us about their arrival when making your reservation. The pet fee is 35 €/stay in holiday apartments and spa hotels. The pet fee is per apartment, meaning that multiple pets can stay for the same fee.

The most common amenities in spa hotel rooms include the following: shower or bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, bed linens and towels, TV. For more detailed room-specific equipment lists, please check the product pages on our online store. 

Hotel rooms also include bathrobes for adults, while children's bathrobes are available for rent at the reception. For hotel guests, the cost of bathrobes is 2 €/stay/item. Slippers can be purchased at the reception for 3.50 €/pair.

If you forget items such as your phone charger or other belongings in your hotel room or holiday apartment, you can inquire about them at the reception. Forgotten items are sent weekly to the Lost and Found service in Finland, https://loytotavara.net, and you can also inquire about them there if your belongings were not found at the reception.

Camping in camping vans is prohibited in the area of the destinations.

Unfortunately, bringing your own hot tub is not allowed.

Yes, indeed! Travel cribs for infants are available in limited quantities for hotel rooms and holiday apartments for an additional fee of 20 €/stay. We recommend reserving a travel crib when making your accommodation booking. 

The price of a family room includes accommodation for a family of four. The room always has a double bed and a sofa bed.

Booking two adjacent rooms is also a practical option, especially with older children, when you want privacy and space. In online store reservations, this information should be entered in the additional information field.
