Parking at Saimaa is free.

Sure! Next to the hotel entrance, there are electric car charging points. 4 x 22 kW (Virta application) and 2 x 22 kW Tesla Destination Charger. The charging price is according to the current service provider's price list.

Breakfast is included in the price of hotel rooms. If you are staying in a holiday apartment, you can purchase breakfast in the main building for an additional fee.

If you have booked a hotel room:

Reservations that are cancellable without charge, and that are meant to be payed when you arrive at the destination, can be canceled for free no later than 6 PM on the day of arrival. A prepaid reservation cannot be canceled or transferred.

If you have rented a holiday apartment:

The reservation can be canceled free of charge no later than 14 days before the start of the reservation. Cancellations must be written to asiakaspalvelu@holidayclub.fi 

We recommend that our customers obtain travel insurance for any unexpected situations. 

The hotel has five accessible rooms and three one-bedroom accessible apartments in the Villas 1 building. The rooms have wider walkways and more spacious bathrooms. There is wheelchair access to the restaurants via ramps. The spa is equipped with a shower wheelchair. Additionally, there is an elevator to move between the different floors of the hotel.

The pool area is not accessible.

Of course! Pets are welcome, please inform us about their arrival when making the reservation. The pet fee is 35 € per stay in holiday apartments and spa hotels. The pet fee is per accommodation, meaning multiple pets can stay for the same fee.

The most common amenities in spa hotel rooms include the following: shower, toilet, hairdryer, bed linens, and towels, TV. For more detailed room-specific equipment lists, check the product pages on our online store. 

Hotel rooms also have bathrobes for adults, while children's bathrobes can be rented from the reception. For hotel guests, the price for bathrobes is 2 € per stay per piece. In holiday apartments, a bathrobe can be rented for 6 € per stay. Slippers can be purchased at the reception for 3.50 € per pair. 

The most common amenities in holiday apartments include the following: bed linens and towels, dishes, toilet paper, firewood, kettle, coffee maker, TV, ironing equipment, hairdryer, soap, vacuum cleaner, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, vacuum cleaner. If you forget your phone charger or other belongings in your hotel room or holiday apartment, you can inquire about it directly from the Finnish Lost Property Service at https://loytotavara.net. We do not store or send items left behind at spa and hotel locations; instead, we direct them straight to the Finnish Lost Property Service.

Overnight stays in camping vans are prohibited in the area of the locations.

Unfortunately, bringing your own hot tub is not allowed.

Yes, indeed! Travel beds are available in limited quantities for hotel rooms and holiday apartments for an additional fee. We recommend reserving a travel bed when making your accommodation booking.

The price of the family room includes accommodation for a family of four. The room always has a double bed and a convertible sofa bed. A fifth guest aged 4–14 can stay in the same room with an extra bed for €30/night.

Booking two adjacent rooms is also a good option, especially with older children, when privacy and space are desired. In online store bookings, this information should be marked in the additional information field.

Swim diapers are available for sale at the spa reception. The use of swim diapers is mandatory for children aged 0–2 years old.
