Using your holiday week is very flexible! If you’re unable to use your holiday week or don’t want to deposit it into the RCI exchange program, you can offer it for rental through Holiday Club.

Renting out your holiday week adds flexibility to ownership
One of the flexible ways to use your holiday week is to rent it out for someone else to enjoy, allowing you to benefit financially from the rental.
- Renting is a hassle-free process – You don’t have to worry about finding a tenant, signing agreements, or cleaning the property – we handle everything for you, so you can focus your time and energy on something else you enjoy.
- Financially smart – When your holiday apartment is rented out, you have fewer maintenance fees to cover. If the week is rented, we will remit the rental income (excluding VAT) to the owner within four weeks of the week’s end, minus the service fee and any additional cleaning costs.
- Rental demand varies by season – While we can’t guarantee re-rental, the sooner you decide to rent out your property, the more likely we are to find a tenant and maximize your rental income.
- Renting independently – If you choose to rent out your holiday week independently, you are responsible for finding a tenant, managing contracts, and handling any damages the tenant may cause. If you rent the week independently, please inform our customer service of the guests.
